How long do we get to use the bounce house?

Standard rental is 6 hours. You will be allowed to extend your hours and the system will automatically calculate the price for the extra time.

Do I need to give a deposit?

A 25% deposit is required. Full payment must be paid by delivery time.

What types of payments are accepted?

We accept Cash or Credit. Sorry we no longer except checks.

What time should I expect my bounce house?

We start our deliveries as early as 8am and we are normally done by 12pm (Sat and Sun). Although deliveries may be a little later, we will ALWAYS deliver before your party starts. We set a schedule and route on Friday.

Can I rent a bounce house during the week?

We do rent during the week with limited time slots. We ask that you please call us for specifics.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

There is NO cancelation fee due to weather. Your deposit will be used for your next event. However, if you decide you want to take a chance on a cloudy day, FULL payment will be due if it does rain.

Due to a significant increase in customers renting our dry bounce house combos and slides but then using them with water, we are raising our dry rental prices effective immediately.

While we love seeing kids have a blast, using “dry” inflatables with water creates a much higher level of mess and requires substantially more time and labor to properly clean, dry, and sanitize the units afterward. To continue providing the high-quality, clean, and safe equipment our customers expect, we’ve had to adjust our dry pricing during the warmer months.

We still offer both wet and dry rental options at their respective rates if the inflatable is going to be used indoors or at a location where water use is not possible. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
